Xactimate Subscriptions & Renewals
Due to recent contract changes with our Verisk/Xactimate account, effective immediately, any Xactimate subscription renewals through Pacesetter Claims Service will be under a new INSTANCE. We will continue to offer the same Xactimate discount and you still have the option of a standard license or a Pro.
What does this mean to you? You will be assigned a new XactNet address; it will be first5lettersofyouremail@PACESETTER.
You will need to update this new XactNet address with any other vendors you work through. Pacesetter will update your profile within our system directly.
With this change, if you renewed with PCS in the month of April 2024, your old XactNet address will remain active for 90 days to allow you to complete any open assignments assigned to your current address; the new address will be used for new assignments.
Need Help Finding Your Key Code?
To locate your XactNet address and/or Product Key in Xactimate Desktop X1
1. From within Xactimate Desktop X1, click Help.
2. Click About Xactimate.
3. Look for the XactNet Address for your instance in the About Xactimate dialog box that appears.
