Third Party Administration (TPA)
Pacesetter has experienced claims professionals that will handle claims from start to finish through our robust secured systems. All TPA personnel are required to be located in one of our office locations to ensure the best customer service possible as well as performance and quality.

When it comes to Catastrophe Services, Pacesetter Claims offers a blend of talent which produces one of the finest products in the industry. From our knowledgeable adjusters to our seasoned management and quality assurance team, we are equipped to handle any deployment need for wind, hail, flood, wildfires, tropical and winter storms, etc.
At Pacesetter, we are passionate about providing our adjusters with on-the-spot support. All appropriate management will be on the storm site to ensure all adjusters have the support they need to maintain our stringent service level agreements.
Desk Adjusting
Pacesetter Claims has dedicated and secured office space to house desk adjusters, file reviewers, and collaborators. We have an experienced, high quality workforce that can provide the full claim process, dispute resolution, and large commercial loss assistance.
Pacesetter can also deploy resources to your location— from a single adjuster to a complete team. Pacesetter continues to increase resources on a daily basis, along with the most relevant industry training. At Pacesetter Claims, our goal is to provide solutions during your time of need.
Appraisal Services
Pacesetter Claims Service offers national appraisal service through our subsidiary company, ConnectPoint Resolution Systems. Pacesetter has worked appraisals in Florida since 2005, and in this time, we have sharpened the ability to handle very complex disputes. Starting in 2010, Pacesetter began running nationwide appraisals and dispute resolution. Pacesetter has assembled a team of highly experienced General Adjusters across the country to provide fast and professional service to our clients.
Flood
Pacesetter Claims Service has a roster of over:

- 50+ Large Commercial
- 30+ Residential Condominium Certified.
Our flood department is comprised of an average of 20+ years’ specialized knowledge of the National Flood Insurance Program, based around the three forms: Dwelling, Commercial, and RCBAP.
Our Flood Team is capable of processing thousands of claims a week with a quick, efficient scope of your client’s flood water damage.
